The Nordex Group is expanding its product portfolio with a powerful new addition to its globally successful Delta4000 series. The N193/7.X turbine combines a proven technology base with targeted innovations to maximize energy yield, improve permitting viability, and further increase cost effectiveness. Optimized component design, efficient space utilization, and the integration of the latest technological advancements deliver strong performance and additional value for customers.
Building on the flexibility of the Delta4000 platform, the new turbine will be available in several nominal capacity configurations, allowing developers and operators to select the ideal solution for their specific market requirements.
The N193/7.X delivers an installed capacity of 7.3 MW, paired with a 193-meter rotor and 95-meter blades. This combination ensures outstanding performance and makes the turbine a highly competitive choice for medium- and low-wind sites.
For the German market, the new turbine will initially be available with a maximum capacity of 6.6 MW, optimizing project economics at medium- to low-wind sites while addressing complex permitting and grid connection requirements.

The N193/7.X has been designed with a flexible operating concept and will be available in multiple power modes. This enables customers to optimize the balance between energy production, noise emissions and site suitability. Depending on the selected operating mode, sound power levels range from approximately 99.5 dB(A) to 109 dB(A).

YEARS OF EXPIERENCE AND PROVEN CONCEPTS
The N193/7.X builds on the proven Delta4000 platform, retaining key drivetrain, electrical and nacelle technologies to ensure high reliability and streamlined production, logistics and installation processes. To accommodate the larger 193-meter rotor, selected components have been specifically adapted: e.g. the main frame and rotor-lock system have been reinforced, while the gearbox has been redesigned. This combination of proven platform technology and targeted enhancements delivers increased performance while maintaining the robustness customers expect from Delta4000.
