Based on our Safety Together principle, the programs combine theory and hands-on practice and address the specific requirements of subcontractors in installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Training is provided through our Global PM Training & Onboarding and delivered across project sites and offices worldwide. Our Global Technical Academy (GTA) in Germany, selected regional academies* and training centers* offer state-of-the-art learning environments, including a well-equipped training hall for hands-on technical training and skills development in Hamburg.

*Please note: Not all Nordex facilities currently offer subcontractor training.
Training types
TECHNICAL TRAINING
Nordex training provides practical instructions for turbine installations, system components, usage of specific tools, medium-voltage handling, maintenance procedures, and Nordex Control 2 (NC2). Tailored for subcontractors working on Gamma, Delta, and Delta4000 platforms, it prepares technicians to perform installation and service activities safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards under real-world conditions.
