APPLICATION

You can apply quickly and easily via our online Job Portal where you will find all current external openings at the Nordex Group. To ensure a strong application, please include an updated CV and tailor your application to the specific role you are interested in. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. Our People & Culture team will then initiate the review process.

INTERVIEW

The first step is an initial interview with a member of our People & Culture team. This gives both you and Nordex the chance to see if we are a good fit. You will learn more about our working culture and the key responsibilities of the role. To prepare, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Nordex Group’s mission, values, and products to get a first impression of who we are. Be ready share your goals, talk about your experience and skills, and explain why you are a strong match for the role.
If the initial interview goes well, selected candidates will be invited to a second interview with the hiring manager. This conversation will explore the role in more detail and may include technical questions or a skills assessment.
Depending on the position’s seniority and location, a third interview with team members or senior management will follow.

FINAL DECISION AND
CONTRACT PREPARATION

Once all interviews have been completed, our hiring team will make a final decision and communicate the outcome to you. We understand how important it is to stay informed throughout the process, and we will provide feedback whenever possible. If you are selected for the position, our People & Culture team will prepare your contract along with any other relevant documents.

ONBOARDING

After you accept the offer, your onboarding journey will begin. Our onboarding process is designed to ensure a smooth and successful start. It typically includes orientation, role-specific training, and the opportunity to get to know your team and colleagues.
