Nordex Group honoured as “Best Company for All Talent 2025” at Teatro Real in Madrid
We proudly announce that the Nordex Group has been awarded the prestigious “Best Company for All Talent 2025” prize, recognizing our commitment to fostering talent, diversity, and inclusion across all levels of our organization.
The award ceremony took place on June 17 at the Teatro Real in Madrid, celebrating companies that exemplify excellence in talent management. Representing Nordex were CEO José Luis Blanco and Verónica Laso, Recruitment, Learning & Development Manager (People & Culture Spain), who accepted the award on behalf of #TeamNordex.
This recognition reflects not only our globally anchored commitment but also our impactful local initiatives, particularly in Spain. Over the past three years, Nordex has actively participated in the Empowering Women’s Talent program, promoting female leadership and gender equality. We are also proud members of the Diversity Leading Company program, which evaluates and celebrates organizations committed to equity across gender, age, origin, disability, and sexual orientation. Both programs are driven by Equipos & Talento. As part of these programs, our involvement in the Cross Mentoring enables Nordex mentors and mentees to exchange insights with professionals from other companies, enriching our collective experience and learning.
