Nordex Group with CEO José Luis Blanco at the World Economic Forum in Davos

From 19 to 23 January 2026, the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum once again turned Davos, Switzerland, into the world’s political and economic focal point. Heads of state and government, CEOs of the largest companies and the most influential NGO’s gather in more than 200 sessions to discuss the most pressing challenges and opportunities shaping the global economic and social development.

Among the roughly 2,500 participants is Nordex Group CEO José Luis Blanco, who is attending numerous panel discussions and meetings with customers and business representatives.

A traditional part of the World Economic Forum is also the disclosure of the prestigious, sustainability-focused ranking of the 100 most sustainable companies: The Corporate Knight Global 100 ranking assesses various corporate sustainability performance indicators. We are proud that Nordex ranked 25th globally — a strong testament to the commitment and impact of our Sustainability team and colleagues across all departments worldwide who drive sustainability forward every day.
