Wind turbine manufacturer Nordex has been awardeda further project under the framework agreement signed with Finnish WealthManagement company Taaleritehdas in June 2012 for a total of 111 turbines.Nordex will now be supplying and installing eight N117/2400 multi-megawattturbines mounted on top of 120-metre high towers for the Nyby-li wind farm, which is located in the Ii region in north-west Finland. In summer 2013nine N117/2400 turbines for the Honkajoki wind farm - the first projectfrom the framework agreement - went online.Situated close to the Gulf of Bothnia, the Nyby-li wind farm ischaracterised by mean wind speeds higher than seven metres per second. Thanks to the configuration of the N117/2400 turbines, the farm willproduce an annual yield of 78 GWh of clean wind-produced electricity. 'TheNordex N117 is the optimal solution for our second wind farm due to itslarge rotor swept area and high tower. We are very happy to continue ourco-operation with Nordex with a new wind farm installation since Nordex wasable to create confidence and good basis for its operations in Finland byoutperforming in our first wind farm in Honkajoki' says Taamir Fareed, director of wind energy business in Taaleritehdas Private Equity Funds.Nordex will also be opening its second service point in Finland to providelocal service for the turbines. The first one is located close to the firstTaaleritehdas project Honkajoki in south-western Finland. The new servicepoint in the north of the country will be looking after the turbines atNybi-Ii as well as the Generation Delta turbines to be installed until endof 2013 at the port of Raahe.'We are pleased about the sale of yet another N117 project in Scandinaviaand to be able to service our customers in Finland even better with theadditional service point', says Lars Bondo Krogsgaard, a member of NordexSE's Management Board.End of Corporate News---------------------------------------------------------------------19.08.2013 Dissemination of a Corporate News, transmitted by DGAP - acompany of EQS Group AG.The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.DGAP's Distribution Services include Regulatory Announcements,Financial/Corporate News and Press Releases.Media archive at www.dgap-medientreff.de and www.dgap.de---------------------------------------------------------------------Language: English Company: Nordex SE Langenhorner Chaussee 600 22419 Hamburg Germany Phone: 040 / 30030 1000 Fax: 040 / 30030 1101 E-mail: info@nordex-online.com Internet: www.nordex-online.com ISIN: DE000A0D6554 WKN: A0D655 Indices: TecDAX Listed: Regulierter Markt in Frankfurt (Prime Standard); Freiverkehr in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, München, Stuttgart End of News DGAP News-Service --------------------------------------------------------------------- 226405 19.08.2013
