The effects of the coronavirus pandemic have dominated daily life around the world for months now. The Nordex Group and the wind energy sector as a whole continue to be impacted by the crisis. Our main focus from the very beginning was, and continues to be, the health and safety of our employees and business partners. At the same time, we are working hard to maintain our supply chain and production, and to process our customers’ projects as successfully as possible, despite the on going uncertainties.
Since the outbreak began, all face-to-face meetings around the world have been kept to a minimum, and remote technologies have become the norm. For this reason, all visitors must register, and all visit requests are assessed in accordance with the required need.

Covid-19 Questionnaire for visitors

  • Due to the current situation related to the spread of coronavirus, all Nordex Group locations and sites must register all visitors who, in turn, must provide certain information prior to their arrival at the location/site.

    This is to reinforce the awareness of potential health issues related to coronavirus, as well as to prevent potential exposure, and ensure the best possible clarity and confidence during any visit.

    Please complete the questionnaire below before your arrival.

    Please only attend your scheduled visit if permisssion has been granted. This permission is valid for 14 days from the date you entered below. Should you visit a “risk area” with in this 14 day period, please notify us immediately.

    Upon providing the attached questionnaire, we will process your personal data under the following guidelines:

    Purpose of processing: Personal data of the data subjects are processed to ensure that visitors do not pose a potential risk of a hypothetical coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in connection with their visit to Nordex Group premises. The Nordex Group operates with the aim of protecting the health and vital interests of their employees and guests from the potential danger posed by coronavirus infection in areas with particularly high infection rates in recent weeks.

    – Legal basis for processing: The data of visitors is processed according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. of GDPR, with the interest to protect our visitors and employees from potential COVID-19 infection as far as this is reasonably possible.
    – Data Retention: Your personal data will be deleted after the evaluation of the questionnaire and be stored for a max. of 14 days after your visit.
    – Data Access: The personal data will only be available to our employees who host and process the visitor.
