Nordex Group appoints new Managing Director for Nordex Finland Oy
We are welcoming Andrej Borgmästars on 14.11.2022 in his position as Managing Director Nordex Finland Oy, based in our Helsinki office.
Andrej, has a track record of more than 25 years in the energy industry, recently in Business Development at ABO Wind Finland and before that in several positions at Wärtsilä globally and in Finland.
Nordex Group is a major OEM supplier of wind turbines and services in the Finnish market with currently approximately 150 employees across a network of locations. With the new MD on board, the planning is to further grow the localized capabilities in one of the major markets for wind energy in Europe.
The current MD, Sjoerd Walraven, will stay in Finland for a handover period until the end of the year, before taking up new tasks within the Nordex Group.
