Nordex receives three project orders from wpd
DGAP-News: Nordex SE / Key word(s): Incoming Orders/Incoming Orders 2015-12-23 / 14:41 Nordex receives three project orders from wpd Hamburg, 23 December 2015. Germany’s leading project developer wpd has placed orders with Nordex to supply a total of 14 wind turbine generators with a nominal output of altogether 33.6 MW. The turbines concerned are N117/2400s, tried and tested low-wind machines, which are due to be connected to the grid in the third quarter of 2016. The projects are located at sites in Hesse, Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt. Nordex will be installing ten of the turbines ordered at a tower height of 141 metres, with 120-metre towers being used for the others. In addition to this, wpd has signed Premium service agreements for the turbines covering a period of 15 years. With these new orders the companies are continuing their long-standing successful collaboration in Germany.
