DGAP-News: Nordex SE / Key word(s): Incoming Orders09.09.2014 / 08:51---------------------------------------------------------------------Hamburg, 9 September 2014. Nordex has received its first contract fromLithuania and will be supplying eight N117/3000 turbines for the"Jurbarkas" wind farm from spring 2015. The wind farm is located close tothe town of the same name in an agricultural region in the western part ofthe country around 50 kilometres from the Baltic Sea. It is characterisedby average wind speeds of more than 7 m/s, making the N117/3000 GenerationDelta turbines on 120-metre towers the perfect choice for "Jurbarkas".Starting in November 2015, the 24-MW wind farm will be producing at least80 GWh of clean electricity. The contract also includes the provision of aPremium Service by Nordex over 15 years. Accordingly, Nordex will beestablishing a service point close to the wind farm. The project developer for "Jurbarkas" is Eurakras, owned 86% by Renagro and14% by Baltcap. Private equity company Renagro invests in energy, realestate and agricultural projects. It currently already operates 6 MW windfarms and some smaller wind sites in Lithuania. Baltcap is a leadingprivate equity and venture capital investor in the Baltic countries and hasbeen active in the region since 1995."I am thrilled that we have now also entered the Lithuanian market. What isparticularly pleasing is that we will again be installing N117/3000Generation Delta turbines. This makes Jurbarkas a further reference projectfor Generation Delta for locations with medium wind speeds," says LarsBondo Krogsgaard, a member of Nordex's Management Board."We believe Nordex offers with the N117/3000 turbine the right choice forour site with a good ratio of price versus estimated production. Bringing anew wind turbine supplier into the market will enhance competition and bebeneficial for the market in a long run. I'd like to thank Nordex for theirgood customer attitude and fluent negotiations during the project run-inphase," says Aleksandr Spiridonov, managing director of Eurakras.---------------------------------------------------------------------09.09.2014 Dissemination of a Corporate News, transmitted by DGAP - aservice of EQS Group AG.The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. The DGAP Distribution Services include Regulatory Announcements,Financial/Corporate News and Press Releases.Media archive at and English Company: Nordex SE Erich-Schlesinger-Straße 50 18059 Rostock Germany Phone: +49 381 6663 3300 Fax: +49 381 6663 3339 E-mail: Internet: ISIN: DE000A0D6554 WKN: A0D655 Indices: TecDAX Listed: Regulierter Markt in Frankfurt (Prime Standard); Freiverkehr in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, München, Stuttgart End of News DGAP News-Service --------------------------------------------------------------------- 286112 09.09.2014
