That mindset was at the core of this year\u2019s Service Day in Pamplona, where colleagues from across our global service organization, collectively supporting more than 60 GW of installed capacity worldwide, came together to reflect on our approach.
A key highlight: our \u201cVoice of the Customer\u201d forum. Moderated by Jesus Alvarez (Nordex Group), industry leaders Jose Alba (Enel Green Power), Juan Otazu (Acciona Energ\u00eda), Luis Pertierra (Naturgy) and Alfonso Garcia (RWE) shared candid perspectives on what customers truly value, where #TeamNordex is strong, where we can improve, and how we can deliver greater impact in an increasingly complex energy landscape.
Key takeaway: customers are looking for partners \u2013 not suppliers. They value collaboration, transparency, and the ability to adapt together. Real improvement begins when organizations are willing to hear perspectives that challenge their assumptions.
