Our IPO \u2013 with 32.9 million shares, placed at \u20ac9 \u2013 laid the financial foundation for the company\u2019s long-term growth. <br>Twenty years later, Nordex SE was admitted to the MDAX, with a market capitalization of around \u20ac3 billion at the time.<br>Today, five years on and a full quarter-century after the IPO, Nordex has established a strong, credible position in the capital markets. Our market capitalization is now close to \u20ac10 billion, supported by the trust and confidence of international investors in our long-term strategic direction.<br>The 2025 financial year was among the most successful in our history:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All annual targets met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record order intake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong operational performance across project and service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significant improvements in key financial metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our listing has proven its value many times over. It gives us access to one of Europe\u2019s most important financial centers, strengthens our visibility, and enables reliable financing for future growth. At the same time, being a publicly listed company comes with responsibility. We are not only managing institutional capital \u2013 we are ultimately managing the investments and trust of thousands of employees, shareholders, and partners. Delivering on our commitments is part of who we are.<br>\u201cToday\u2019s 25th anniversary highlights how closely technological progress, the global energy transition, and a stable, capital-market-oriented growth path are connected.
