Dr. J\u00fcrgen Zeschky, Chief Executive Officer of Nordex\nSE, has informed the Supervisory Board of the company that he intends to\nleave the company for personal reasons.\n\nDr. J\u00fcrgen Zeschky and the Supervisory Board of the company have agreed\ntoday that Dr. Zeschky will resign from his position as a member of the\nManagement Board, effective 31 May 2015.\n\nTogether with his fellow Management Board members, Lars Bondo Krogsgaard\nand Bernard Sch\u00e4ferbarthold, he has shaped and driven the company's strong\nperformance over the last years. During this period, Nordex has achieved\nstrong sales and order growth as well as a substantial increase in profit.\n\nDr. Wolfgang Ziebart, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, regrets Dr.\nZeschky's decision, thanks him for his great dedication and extraordinary\ncommitment and wishes him all the best both personally and professionally\nfor the future.\n\nDuring the period of strong growth over the last years, the company has\nmade steady strategic enhancements to its organisational and management\nstructures. The purpose was to establish an effective and flexible set-up,\nwhich reflects the positive business performance of Nordex. For this\nreason, the company's organisational structures will be realigned from 1\nJune 2015.\n\nThe future activities of Nordex will be led by Lars Bondo Krogsgaard,\nhitherto Chief Customer Officer, as Chief Executive Officer and Bernard\nSch\u00e4ferbarthold, who will continue his role as Chief Financial Officer in\nthe Management Board. Both Krogsgaard and Sch\u00e4ferbarthold have been\ninstrumental in Nordex's business success in recent years and have a long\ntrack record in the wind power industry. Nordex is thus committed to\nmanagement continuity.\n\nAt the same time, an Executive Committee will be established, which will be\ncomprised of the two Management Board members as well as executives from\nvarious core corporate functions.
