The new shares have been placed with institutional\ninvestors by way of an accelerated bookbuilding at a placement price of\nEURO 10.00 per share.\n\nThe execution of the capital increase is anticipated to be registered on 28\nNovember 2013 in the Rostock commercial register. The new shares will be\nadmitted without prospectus to trading at the regulated market of the\nFrankfurt Stock Exchange with simultaneous listing in the segment of the\nregulated market with additional listing requirements (Prime Standard) at\nthe Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 28 November 2013 and are expected to be\nincluded into the existing trading the trading day after, 29 November 2013.\nThe new shares carry dividend rights from 1 January 2013 onwards.\n\nThe company will, subject to registration of the capital increase with the\ncommercial register, earn gross issue proceeds in the amount of 73.529\nmillion Euro.
