At the Nordex Group, integrity plays a big part in our company values for all colleagues \u2013 it is at the core of our Code of Conduct for Employees and our suppliers and partners. We are committed to ensuring the highest ethical standards in all areas of our operations and aim to foster a \u201cspeak-up\u201d culture .This is because we believe that everyone within Team Nordex, as well as our external partners, has a role to play in fighting against criminal practice, corruption, fraud, human rights, and environmental violations, among others, at all levels of society.
And to help us achieve this, our Whistleblower System \u201cnotify!<\/em>\u201d<\/a> allows anonymous reporting for anyone who has witnessed or gained information about these kind of unethical behaviors via three different channels. The Nordex Group guarantees the legally-compliant management of any reports, ensuring confidentiality at all levels, alongside effective whistleblower protection from retaliation for anyone reporting in good faith. By including these principles in the Whistleblower System Policy<\/a>, we are taking a proactive step towards maintaining our purpose as an ethically responsible institution, dedicated to upholding our core company values of Integrity, Respect, Collegiality, and Ownership.
