<\/figure>\n\n\n\nAfter two and a half years Sophia was promoted to Junior\nProject Manager and got her first own project. \u201dGrowing into the role would not\nhave been possible without the help from my Nordex team\u201d, Sophia says and\nthanks her colleagues for their patience, positive attitude and eagerness to\nshare knowledge. \u201cThis company is almost like its own university with teachers\neverywhere\u201d, she continues. Communication and team work skills are indeed some\nof the most important abilities Project Managers need in their work on a daily\nbasis. The position also requires problem solving skills, flexibility and the\nreadiness the stand up to unpredictable challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Above all Sophia is grateful for a job that offers her\nendless opportunities to overcome these challenges. One of the achievements she\nmentions is finishing the Hirvineva project on time despite the difficulties\nbrought by the global pandemic this year. Now Sophia, recently promoted to\nProject Manager, is excited about temporarily moving to back to her birth\ncountry Sweden to work with her next project Ljungbyholm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
