Nordex-Gruppe hat Anleihe \u00fcber 275 Mio. Euro erfolgreich platziert<\/b><\/p>\n

Hamburg, 29. Januar 2018. <\/b>Die Nordex-Gruppe hat eine gr\u00fcne Euro-Anleihe im Volumen von 275 Mio. Euro und einer Laufzeit von f\u00fcnf Jahren erfolgreich platziert. Die Erl\u00f6se aus der Platzierung werden zur vorzeitigen R\u00fcckf\u00fchrung bestehender Verbindlichkeiten verwendet. Damit hat Nordex das F\u00e4lligkeitenprofil seiner Kreditverbindlichkeiten signifikant nach hinten verschoben. Der Kupon der f\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrigen Anleihe betr\u00e4gt 6,5 Prozent.<\/p>\n

„Die Platzierung der Anleihe ist nach der erfolgreichen Markteinf\u00fchrung unserer neuen Produktreihe Delta4000 und der Umsetzung des Kostensenkungsprogramms „45 by 18″ im Jahr 2017 ein weiterer Meilenstein bei der konsequenten Neuausrichtung der Nordex-Gruppe. Damit sind wir auch in finanzieller Hinsicht gut f\u00fcr die momentane Phase des Umbruchs in der Branche ger\u00fcstet“, sagt Christoph Burkhard, CFO der Nordex SE.<\/p>\n

Die Anleihe ist als „Green Bond“ durch die Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI) zertifiziert.<\/p>\n

Die Nordex-Gruppe im Profil<\/b>
