Nordex PremiumService
All-round service from one company
Nordex Premium Service is the attractive full-service package for all turbines supplied from spring 2003 of the types Nordex N80, N90 as well as S70 and S77, which are also equipped with a Nordex Condition Monitoring system.
The Nordex Premium Service package contains all services included in Nordex Basic Service and goes one step further in comparison to Nordex Extended Service. The availability guarantee on the wind park or for individual turbines is here given on the basis of agreed average expected annual yields at a net price of approx. 1.3 eurocents per kWh. Furthermore, each additional kWh over and above the agreed average annual yield is charged at this price. This means that as high an annual yield as possible is in the interest of both the customer and the manufacturer.
Apart from this, the package includes all repair work, with the exception of damage caused by force majeure and the unauthorized intervention of third parties. Furthermore, you receive monthly yield, availability and fault statistics, power curves and event-related reports and logs on service and maintenance activities for effective controlling. In addition to all this, the semi-annual evaluations of the data from the Nordex Condition Monitoring System are also included. The lifetime of Nordex Premium Service covers 9 years and can be extended for a further 3 years.
Optional, technical management also can form part of Nordex Premium Service. This comprises the complete operation of the turbines, their monitoring, repair of operating faults, assistance with land-use contracts, invoice checking and the fulfillment of technical obligations towards the power utility by Nordex. The advantage of this arrangement: the complex technical management is handled by specialist manufacturers in whose interest it is to produce the highest possible annual energy yield.
