Nordex Extended Service
Extras for secure yields
With the Nordex Extended Service package we offer you all the advantages of the Nordex Basic Service, at a turbine-specific fixed price, for all units in existence and delivered from spring 2003 of the following types: Nordex N60, N62, N80, N90, S70 and S77.
In addition to the complete range of services offered under Nordex Basic Service and active round-the-clock remote monitoring, Nordex Extended Service also offers an availability guarantee for wind parks or for individual turbines. Type-specific compounded annual yields are used as the reference value.
Turbine-specific repair allowances of between 500 and 2,000 euros per contractual year are included in the service. For effective wind park controlling Nordex Extended Service offers you a monthly and an event-related reporting system. At four-weekly intervals you are actively sent all the yield, availability and fault statistics, power curves and wind data determined from the turbine control system. In the event of possible malfunctions of the machine you receive reports and logs on their repair, as well as on regular service and maintenance activities. In addition, the semi-annual evaluations of all data from the Nordex Condition Monitoring System – if installed – are included.
Nordex Extended Service is available with a lifetime of 6 years and can be prolonged for a further 3 years. Any repair allowances not claimed can, of course, be carried over to the following year.
