Nordex Basic Service
The standard for reliable operation
The Nordex Basic Service offers a clearly defined basic service at a fixed, turbine-specific price for all turbines of the following types: Nordex N27, N29, N43, N50, N52, N54 and S46.
The basis service in this package comprises, among other elements, reactive 24-hour remote monitoring, half-yearly service and maintenance of the wind turbine, including its components, the tower and the remote-monitoring system. In addition, oil checks, an oil change, and any lubrication services required, as well as minor repairs of up to 200 euros per contractual year, are included. The reporting system included event-related operational printouts on inspections, repairs and service for each wind turbine.
Nordex Basic Service contracts have a lifetime of 3 years with an option to extend for a further three years. Any repair allowances not claimed can be carried over to the following year.
The service at a glance
- lifetime: 3 years + 3 further years extension option
- complete check of all components, including tower;
- torque control of screws and, if necessary, tightening screw connections;
- checking oil levels;
- taking oil samples twice a year;
- any oil changes needed, including oil, but at the latest after three years of operation in each case;
- any lubrication services required;
- checking and, if necessary, adjusting the brakes
- reactive round-the-clock remote monitoring
- event-related reports
