Data Protection Policy
We appreciate your visit to our websites. In the following we would like to inform you about how we handle your data in accordance with Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In order to improve the quality of our websites, we store data about individual access to our site for statistical purposes. This data set consists of:
the page from which the file was requested,
the name of the file,
the date and time of the query,
the amount of data transferred,
the access status (file transferred, file not found),
the description of the type of web browser used,
the IP address of the requesting computer reduced by the last three digits.
The log data is stored in anonymised form.
We have technical and organisational measures in place to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible. If we provide contact forms on our website, we use an encryption method on our pages. In that case your information is transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognise this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser is closed and the address line starts with https://.
We use session cookies on our websites. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR and in the interest of optimising user guidance.
You can set your browser to notify you before a cookie is saved. This will allow you to be aware of their use. You can also delete cookies at any time via the corresponding browser setting and prevent the setting of new cookies. Please note that our web pages may not be displayed optimally and that some functions may no longer be available.
We treat your personal data confidentially and do not pass it on to unauthorised third parties. No data is transmitted to countries outside the European Union or the EEA.
We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations on the basis of Article 88 GDPR. We process the data that you give us in the context of your online application exclusively for the purpose of applicant selection. Data will not be processed for other purposes.
You determine the scope of the data that you would like to submit to us as part of your online application. Online applications are transmitted electronically to our personnel department where they are processed as quickly as possible. The transmission is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant specialist departments in our company. In addition, no transfer of data takes place. Your information will be treated confidentially in our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 6 months.
In the event that we may also consider your application for other or future vacancies, please include a note to this effect on your application. We will then process your data on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 a of the GDPR.
Other service providers can support us in the operation of these websites and the associated processes (e.g. in hosting and web development or in the portal for online applications). These service providers are strictly bound to our instructions and contractually bound in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
